Hotel Angelis - Prague

The breakfast was just ok, always the same and lacking vegetables. I was shocked to find socks under the sofa from a previous guest! I really thought a suite here would deserve a little more dignity, but apparently not. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't after that cold shower surprise.

The Angelis hotel exceeded our expectations.The outstanding service, the spacious room, the cleanliness and comfort, the rich breakfast buffet and convenient location definitely make this hotel a great place to stay in Prague. P.S.The receptionist,Teresa,was very helpful and efficient.

The staff were helpful, ready to assist with any inquiries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, the hotel's location near public transport made traveling around effortless, allowing me to easily access the main attractions.

Although the breakfast selection was decent, it could definitely benefit from more variety.

Room was clean, well furnished, spacious,quiet and comfy. They had a kettle and tea! Free internet was easy to access. Staff at the desk spoke good English and were helpful in booking a walking tour and general directions.

Maybe a little far from centre of Prague but easy tram or metro ride it accessible and keeps cost down.

We liked everything: location, big room, the bath, the yard of the hotel, breakfast, Internet in the room. It's not far from the centre and guite close to metro and tram stop. The staff is always ready to help. It's the the best 3*** hotel I've ever been. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

They gave shampoo only once at arrival and didn't change the bed linen during the whole week. The Internet isn't quick in the evenings.

When I arrived in front of the hotel, I thought I had not made an inspired choice, because the hotel is right in front of a bear factory. But after I entered the hotel, all my fears disappeared. It's a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with taste, with very high ceiling. The hotel staff was friendly and careful with our needs. The hotel is very close to an important node of means of transport called Angel and from there you can arrive easily by tramway or metro in any part of the city. Therefore, for who wants to visit Prague without being peeled off money, Angeli hotel is a very good choice

The staff was cute (they even tried a few words in portuguese!). The location was perfect for accessing trams and not too touristy, great to experience local life. Breakfast had a great selection too!

Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Free use of internet on one computer. There was a kettle in the room. Tram stop around the corner and metro just up the road. Good restaurants in the area of the hotel.

Booked.net has prices in Euro so I expected my credit card to be charged in Euro. The hotel converts the bill into Kc at their set exchange rate which is 2Kc/Euro difference. This meant that my bill for a 5 night stay was 9% higher than expected. I expect all hotels in Czech Republic do this though. Booked.net website should mention that you can pay in Euros only if you pay cash then I would have taken enough cash to pay the bill.

The venue is gorgeous and pleasant, its location is particularly good, just next door to the garden-beautiful and the Castle.

Chur, the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. But I've gotta say, the strong cat smell was a bit off-putting, sweet as breakfast though.

Receptionists are all fluent speaker of Engish. Very close to tram station (and fairly close to subway station) . Good breakfast.

Drein is not smooth (It might be because of the traditional building).

Liked the room with patio, my bed was big. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for traveling around Prague, adjacent to the bus station to CK, the city center, next to Staropramen brewery and restaurants and pubs. I found Music Bar Phenomen offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Views appeared to be ugly.
